Preheat 400
Cover a cookie sheet with foil
Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise
Scoop out seeds and stringy stuff
Place on foil [hollow side up]
Brush 1tbsp of EVOO all over the tops and sprinkle with salt & pepper
Bake for 30-45mins until a fork can go through easily
Let sit for about 5 mins till cool enough to handle and scrap it, turns right into spaghetti
