Cocoa Brownies Recipe

I know... I didn't get this up on Monday-But I legitimate excuse!!Friday I was sick so I spent that weekend and Monday resting up and cleaning my room and sheets end everything, and the past couple days I've been working on getting my portfolios ready for graduating, that stuff ain't easy.
I did manage to make brownies though.
I asked my brother a few weeks ago if I made something for the Photography class he goes to-and I used to go to- if he would take it for me and he said yes! :D
I found this recipe online for brownies and I wanted to try it so bad, making something from scratch sounds so exciting. My brother said everyone loved them. My former teacher-who I still absolutely love to death--Hi Bru!-- was the main person I made them for. She loved them! He also said that everyone else loved them and they were gone within no time.
My brother did say they are very chocolaty, close to the point of tasting almost like dark chocolate. So I thought I would share the recipe with you guys.
Now it's NOT gluten free, just in-case there's any confusion.

Firstly... You will need
  • Soft butter -to grease the pan--I used oil-
  • Flour - to dust the pan-
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 8 Ounces melted butter -two sticks-
  • 1 1/4 Cups Cocoa
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of Flour
First.Spray/coat the pan in oil and then cover with a dusting of flour to keep the brownies sticking to the pan.
Next, beat the eggs until their fluffy and light yellow.

Add the sugars, flour, and cocoa, mix until everything is combined. I found the batter to be thick, but don't worry about it.

Add in vanilla and salt then give it a couple mixes in. Lastly, add the butter gradually.
Lastly, pour the batter into the pan.

Bake at 300 for 45 minutes. Use a toothpick and poke it into the center and take it out, if it's clean, they're ready to eat[;  And I do suggest waiting until they cool until you cut them unless you want them to fall apart.

I hope you guys enjoy them!!
