I really enjoyed this challenge, it had fun questions and it helped me to be able to have something to post everyday.

October Favorites!

Where did October go? It seemed to go by so quickly, one day it was the 3rd and now all the sudden it's the 3oth. Holy cow!

These are the things I'm loving this month



Food/Drinks

Sargento Cheese Sticks - of course... the cheese...
Yogurt - Love love loving yogurt
Almond Milk - Drinking it like it's been going out of style. I think I've drank double what I normally do this month.
Jerky - Haven't had this in a long long time, oh how I've missed it.

Chestnut! The new puppy in the family! She's adorable, so smart, and just a goofball.

I'm 95% done with my Christmas shopping. I wanted to get it done before 'holiday' season kicks in and EVERYONE is shopping. I have 2 gifts and some 'stocking stuffer' type gifts that I want to get done and I will be finished. Wham bam thank ya ma'am!

Spending time with my parents. I'm very thankful for this. Even though I'm busy I'm glad I have parents who try to spend time with me and still try to have a part in my life, not many people have that, and I'm so very thankful that I have such amazing parents.

TeamLava games. I'm addicted. Bakery Story, Fantasy Forest Story, ugh.  It's terrible... download them!

Once Upon A Time is back. My. Life.

Oh one other thing! The Christmas stuff is like officially in stores. Like the Christmas candy and everything is out. Yay!

What got you interested in Once Upon A Time?



The fairytales. Being a Disney-girl, fairytales were a big part of my childhood and I still like them I thought a show about everyone would be so cool to see-and it is! I'm hooked!

No pun intended.

Your favorite fairytale? Did you like the OUAT version?



My favorite Fairytale is Peter Pan and Cinderella. Did I like the OUAT version of Peter Pan? I can't say I was crazy about it, but I'm not gonna lie on the fact I haven't read the original Peter Pan-but it is on my list of books to get! I don't know, it was just a bit twisted for me.
Now for Cinderella, I didn't think it was all that bad, it didn't ruin the fairytale for me or anything.

Storybrooke or Enchanted Forest?



Again, Enchanted Forest. Love love love it. I like Storybrooke too, don't get me wrong. but the Enchanted Forest is my favorite place[:

Once Upon A Time Challenge: Day 27

Favorite Location/Set?

Enchanted Forest. Love love the nature of it, it completes the fairytale feel of it all.

Simple Spaghetti Squash 'Pasta'

Preheat 400
Cover a cookie sheet with foil
Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise
Scoop out seeds and stringy stuff
Place on foil [hollow side up]
Brush 1tbsp of EVOO all over the tops and sprinkle with salt & pepper
Bake for 30-45mins until a fork can go through easily
Let sit for about 5 mins till cool enough to handle and scrap it, turns right into spaghetti

A character you'd like to see more of?


Rumplestiltskin. I feel like in certain episodes there is either a lot of him or almost nothing. I love his laugh, it makes me laugh every time I hear it.

Is Anyone Out There?

Maybe it's just one of those nights, or maybe the silence is getting to me, but... is anyone out there?
Sometimes I feel like I'm always just talking to myself and wonder if there's actually ever anyone here reading this silly things I post. That or maybe my settings are messed up, which is always likely x]

I also have a question. Well, another one...

If you could be anyone from the Enchanted Forest or Storybrooke, who would it be?



If I could be annnyyyooonnneee, maayybbeee. Does Emma count for Storybrooke? I really like her as a character in general, she's not like every other female lead character whose completely sure of herself in every little move she makes, I like that she has the insecurities and that.
If it had to be someone from the Enchanted Forest than possibly Red? or Snow? ....or Belle?
Probably... any of them, lol. It's hard to pick just one! I'm sorry!

Does one of the horses count? Lol.

From the top of my head there's three in-particular that I'd take

Emma's red jacket
Belle's blue dress
Hook's jacket [because why not?]

Gluten Free Pie Crust

This is the best pie crust I've ever had that's gluten free, and the only one I've ever had. But how do I know it's the best? It tastes just like a 'normal' pie crust, and it's super easy to make! No fancy flours needed!
I found this recipe on Pinterest by Comfortably Domestic and thought I'd give it a go!

Ingredients needed:

1/2 tsp salt
2 cups All Purpose Gluten Free King Arthur Flour
1 egg, beaten
1 stick of cold butter
9 tbsp of ice cold water

In a bowl, add flour and salt, mix

cut in butter, I used a cheese grater. AMAZING.

Add in beaten egg

 Mix

TA-DA!! You have pie crust!

You can use in place of any pie crust. Makes two 9-inch crusts.

As much as I'd like to 'want' to be on the bad, because seriously, Killian/Hook. Which to be honest, probably has a teddy bear inside him screaming to get out (he should go to the doctors for that, I heard Thursday's are good for that kinda thing).
BUT to answer the actual question, Good. I'm on the good side, this girl *points to self* is a goody two-shoes.
