Identity Thief Movie Review

Rated - R
Released 2013
Comedy, Crime
★★★★★★★✰✰✰

My cousin, is down-right in LOVE with this movie. It's about a mild-mannered business man who lives in Denver and gets his identity stolen from Florida, he travels down to confront the harmless looking lady.
It's wonderful, and funny. The problem? There are few parts that were a bit too out there for me, nothing extremely... vulgar I guess? But at the same time it was. That was the worst part of it. As far as the story line and everything goes, it was really good.
I'd say 7 stars.
Yes, that seems about right.

Paranormal Activity 3 Movie Review

Rated - R
Released 2011
Horror

[source]

This movie creeped me out, well, more of the ending. I'm the kind of person who's afraid or being afraid when it comes to horror movies, real or not. Maybe it's just because we've had some creepy//crazy stuff happen in our house-Ya never know! That's all I'm sayin.
The plot of the movie is that the youngest little girl becomes friend with the paranormal entity in their home.
It gets freakier as the movie goes on, the very last ten minutes were the absolute freakiest.
Thankfully, I got to watch it with my brother and cousin who are great at lightening the scariness by making fun of the people and that, and we watched it in the morning.
It was good, I must say that, I like the whole 'home video' sorta effect going on.
On the rating? I'd have to give it like a 7.5 outta 10, I'm not HUGE on horror movies, but I do get that urge to watch them, it's been a while since I've seen one, so I'm pretty weak and that when it comes to them. Supernatural stuff is the hardest to get over, for the fact of there being actual Demons and what not. Been there, done that, not fun, ain't goin back.
End of story, lol.

What to Expect When You're Expecting Movie Review

Rated: PG-13
Released - 2012
Comedy, Drama, Romance

[source]

So funny! Such a cute movie, I love it, and having Chris Rock play a dad? The absolute best part. by far! It's about the view of love from five interconnected couples who're experiencing the feeling of being pregnant and shows that no matter how you plan life, it doesn't always go as expected.
I would definitely have to say 8 stars out of 10 because the language was a little much for me, but everything else was great.

Red Movie Review

Released: 2010
Rated: PG-13
Comdey, Crime, Action

[source]

I love this movie so much. I'm becoming addicted to the action-crime-comedy-FBI-secret-agent kinda movies, it's just so cool!
This is about when Frank's peaceful life becomes threatened by a high-tech assassin-former black ops agent, Frank assembles his old team and tries to survive and uncover his assailants bringing his new-found girlfriend along the way.
It's so quirky and just wonderful, my dad absolutely loved it too and we're thrilled that they're coming out with a second one!
One of my most favorite parts is when Frank is jumping out of the police car in the mist of it turning and how it goes slow-mo and the camera sweeps to the side. I love that. They used amazing camera angles-not too many cuts, none of the clips dragged on, the music was great. They did amazing. I haven't seen a movie by Summit yet that hasn't been good, and this by far is in my Top 10 favorites.
Ten stars!<3
Here is a trailer if you'd like to get an idea of it.

Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous

Action, Comedy, Crime

By far just as good as the first one!! This one she goes to LA, undercover, to find Cheryl Frasier, her former pageant friend, and Stan Fields who get 'kidnapped' while she is supossed to be avoiding any mission work while she's busy working as the FBI's media relations officer with a bod guard who she can't stand, nor can she stand her. It's so quirky and funny. I can't say enough good things about them!
10 Stars!!

They are also Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Peanut Free, Tree Nut Free, Egg Free, Soy Free, Fish Free, Shellfish Free. Here's a link to their website if you'd like to check them out!

Miss Congeniality Movie Review

Released: 2000
Rated - PG-13
Action, Comedy, Crime

[source]

This is such a good movie!! I love the whole undercover-FBI sorta thing, I think that would be fun to do. This movie is about a total tough-tom-boy girl who goes undercover into a Miss USA Beauty Pageant to prevent a group from bombing the event. She gets the complete make over from snorting-laughs-chewing-with-her-mouth-open to big hair, make up, and heels. It's quirky and funny. Sandra Bullock is an incredible actress!
Ten stars!

I Know What You Did Last Summer Movie Review

Released: 1997
Rated: R
Horror, Thriller, Mystery

[source]

I actually liked this movie, apart from where the creepy dude who jabbed the hook in people, that part I couldn't watch, I don't have a very high tolerance for that kind of thing.
The guy, on the right, Freddie Prinze, JR., also played Freddie in the Scooby Doo movies, along with  Sarah Michelle Gellar-who played Daphne-which I personally thought was pretty cool. But anyway, onto the movie!
The movie is about four teens who are in great trouble from a year ago when they hit someone with a car and dumped the person in a lake, and the guy come backs to haunt him.
It was pretty cool, I'd definitely watch it again.
I'd give it a rating of 8 out of 10 stars
★★★★★★★★☆☆

Even Now, Ever After - Karen Kingsbury Book Review

[source]

Lovely. I love Karen Kingsbury books, they're so sweet.
This is a story/series about a girl, Lauren, who got pregnant to her best friend-Shane, in her young years sending both of their parents in an outrage and not wanting Lauren and Shane anywhere near each other. They move to different towns across the country from eachother and lose contact. They look for eachother, and later, almost twenty years, her lost long daughter who thought to have passed away when she was a baby to a sickness, calls her getting her parents to meet again and Shane doesn't know if it can work because Lauren has changed into such a different person.
This was one of my favorites mainly for the fact of Shane being in the Military-love me some soldiers-. Apart from that, I did find it to drag a little in some areas, but over all, it was a sweet book and I recommend anyone to read them.
For those who don't know, Karen Kingsbury is a Christian author, and she's absolutely amazing, everyone that I know who has read her books, loved them.

8 out of 10 Stars!
 ★★★★★★★★☆☆

Here is a link to the book if you'd like more information on it.

Father's Day!!

Father's Day was wonderful!! I got to spend time with my daddy and I got to make him some good homemade things!

The one thing we always do together is watch Supernatural, so, I made him a card in Photoshop that has little sayings and that on the front, some words I had to alter cause of swearing x] In the brown-paper wrapped gift is a book called Happy Happy Happy by Phil Robertson, a guy from Duck Dynasty, we LOVE that show, so I thought he just may like the book. And to top it off I made a homemade Gob Cake for desert after dinner! [There will be a recipe for that coming up soon!!]

What did you guys do for Father's Day? did you make him anything? If so please leave a comment, I'd love to hear all the wonderful things[:
